Siding applied by a contractor but not completed properly (siding was not installed properly & downspouts-2). Pedro/Tycos provided professional, and addressed issues with care for the customer, courteous,, and knowledgeable service. He is an asset to Tycos.

I called Tycos due to a water issue around my chimney. I met with Mark, Senior Project Consultant, who was very informative. After inspecting my roof, he found storm damage and worked with my insurance company to pay for a new roof. I then worked with Elijah, Project Manager, who is so kind and could not have done a better job for me. He is very knowledgeable, and with his expertise fixed all issues concerning my roof. He always asked if I had any questions; he wanted to make sure I was happy. Elijah and his team did a beautiful job. They worked fast and efficiently. After they initially cleaned up, they walked around the house several times making sure no nails or debris was left. It's nice to find a company that one can trust to do the job right. I couldn’t be more happy with the results of my roofing job. The team arrived on time and completed the job on schedule for the price we had agreed to. They installed a new patio door and a bathroom vent fan, and also repaired damage caused by a previous contractor that had led to water issues in my bathroom. Clayton, Elijah, and their team did a great job. Everyone was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I’m very pleased with the results and truly appreciate the quality workmanship.
